I had not used this service before, but Craig came out assessed what was quite a challenging job and fixed it with the minimum of fuss. I am delighted by the results and I would definitely use again. Would also say that the price quoted was the price charged too, which I was pleasantly surprised at, given the challenge presented.
This whole experience was a lesson in customer service excellence. Efficient communication for a fair quote. An amazing job on our car. Took the time to talk me through everything as I'm rubbish with knowing anything about cars. Polite, on time, tidy, respectful. Can't speak highly enough of Craig (who was recommended to me by a friend who has also had a great experience) and I would absolutely recommend. Also so convenient not having to lose time out of my day going to a garage. Also worth noting that our car didn't have an easy paint to match so that speaks volumes about how skilled he is.
Andy from Autoscratch did an amazing job repairing a scuff on my car bumper. The service was professional, efficient, and the repair is flawless – you’d never know the damage was there!
