I was impressed with the quick response from customer service. There was a small issue, but the careful way it was resolved was commendable. The delivery was also on time and the packaging was beautiful.
I received my table. Looks nice. But no overview on the status of my order. Tried to ask quite a number of times by calling, sending emails and messages but no response. Ultimately I missed the delivery and don't have a good experience at my home with unattened package as they get stolen easily. No notification even from the delivery service nor BukkitBow. This was not the best experience but I'm happy i received the package
