We ordered a framed picture. We love the image, and it was shipped well. Only downside is that it's very shiny, and we planned to hang it opposite a window but all we could see were reflections. We now ordered special glass elsewhere that shouldn't be so reflective, so that should solve it so that we can enjoy our picture.
Order placed on December 7th, we're at January 19th now and nothing has been delivered.In an e-mail exchange the reason that was given is that my address was not known, even though you have to fill that during check-out...Anyways, I supplied my address again January 2nd, fast forward 2.5 weeks and I haven't seen any updates, no track & trace, nothing.
