After going online and using the chat we were recommended buying the ortho reflex pillow top hybrid mattress…sound great right….paid €570 in total and honestly the only way I can describe this mattress is it’s like your sleeping on a hard floor. Spoke to Adam from customer care who said we are the only people who have ever felt like this and give it a few days for the mattress to get better and we would hear from him Monday. Heard nothing from Adam and had the worst weekend sleep of our lives getting up with pains in places we never had before. After talking with Adam it was very much clear that we would not be getting a refund of any kind or another option as we didn’t read the small print. I’ve had to go buy a topper that cost €220 to make this bed bearable. Please be careful don’t take the plastic off the bed till you try it but also know they charge €90 to come and get the mattress if your returning and GOD forbid you make the same mistake we did know their is no compensation AND no help given after purchase.
From someone who always walks into a furniture shop I decided to try AutumnBlu based on the reviews. Honestly I need not have worried, top class service, delivery, assembly and product. My deliverer was Vaidas he was great, fast, clean, and left the bed perfectly assembled, te bed is a great quality the only bad thing i can say is that the contents are heavy for just one delivery guy which is not fair I think it should be gray to have other person helping to take the things upstairs

I ordered a Super King sized Bed and Mattress from Autumn Blue and I have to say that from minute one I got in touch with these guys regarding my order they couldn’t have been more helpful. All my questions were answered and service was spot on as requested.
