My very positive experience relates to Rihanna {Customer Service Advisor} & Lily {Customer Experience Advisor}. I am a Very Longstanding & Loyal Customer, now Aged & Vulnerable with some serious medical conditions. I had IT issues with my Account & one evening sent a desperate email to Avanti. I was contacted Promptly the next morning & communication was excellent throughout the day. I am now awaiting contact from the Avanti Retentions Team & am hoping that THEY are as Prompt & Supportive as the Customer Care Team, Kindest Regards, MDM
Our experience with the service has been wonderful, and it's clear the drivers can easily access the tank for refueling, as we rarely see them during the process. The delivery slip is conveniently placed in our mailbox, allowing us to feel assured that we will stay warm, no matter what the weather brings.
For the second time in just a couple of days, the team had to come out again for an emergency, this time related to an issue with a valve on the outside of the tank. A representative arrived promptly from a distance in the freezing cold and resolved the problem swiftly. Both he and the previous driver were like knights in shining armor. Those who leave negative reviews clearly haven't experienced such outstanding service.
After a hectic and tough year, we found ourselves out of gas. Given the lead time, a delivery before Christmas seemed unlikely. However, the customer service representative went above and beyond, making it possible to secure a delivery for Tuesday. Now, we can look forward to enjoying special moments together in a warm home.
Since implementing remote readings, the gas top-up deliveries have been excellent. It's reassuring not to worry about running out, especially during peak times, which was a previous concern. The drivers are experienced and friendly, navigating our narrow access with ease.
