Poor customer service.

I haven't been able to evaluate the product quality since my order didn't arrive, which I understand is due to the delivery service. However, contacting the company for a refund has been a nightmare. I'm still trying to get my money back! I realize it's a busy season, but the customer support is nonexistent. I would genuinely advise against using this brand; it's not worth the hassle.

You get what you pay for.

With this jewelry shop, you genuinely receive what you pay for. Two of the three items I ordered were nice, but one ring (a 'gold' and silver piece) was far from what was advertised in the 'closing' sale. All items are categorized as 'fashion' jewelry and none are marked as gold or silver. At $25 each, it's expensive for fashion jewelry. Delivery took three weeks.
