Do not go with this company ive been threatened with cancelation notices 15 20 times since I took out the policy. I bought a new car and they wouldn't insure it they tried to cancel my policy then because they wouldn't insure me. Then I received a call from them this morning they were telling me if I didn't top up my miles they were canceling the policy when my old car is broken and not even driveing absolutely disgusting staff they throw the book at you for everything .DO NOT PURCHASE A POLICY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!.

My daughter had a black box installed which drained the nearly new battery overnight. Had boxes installed on other cars in the past with no problems. They attach the box directly on top of the battery directly to a live wire rather than to ignition and under dash. This drains the battery constantly. Even after one night the battery is dead. Contacted them on chat and even sent photos of botch work were the box is just sitting loosely on the battery. Was told to get proof from an independent garage proving that the box was draining the battery. Car just sitting in driveway now insured but useless. Cheap quotes for a reason.
THE WORST motor insurer out there. They will not continue my cover for a courtesy car while my car is the garage. Every single change, conversation costs money. There is no way to contact them only by chat. No email to send a complaint. They won't cover me and so I want to cancel my policy they are charging me extortionate prices to cancel (1 day outside 14 day window) basically I'm 15 days in and they are charging me 50% of insurance cost to cancel. I intend to follow up but be warned they are not credible and definitely not trustworthy.
By far the worse company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been driving cars an buses for over 30 years so I’ve had quiet a few insurances , you can’t ring in you can’t even email them, eventually when i asked for a call back on the live chat the women was rude and useless so if your thinking of getting insurances avoid this one .I mean what company has no one you can ring an talk too, I find it hard to believe you are still going, so I will be telling all my friends an family do not go with this company.Perhaps change your name it’s not for no one 😡
You can't just pick up the phone to renew your policy and pay your premium. They sent me an e-mail with a quote valid for 30 days however it was very difficult to actually renew and pay for this quote - a rather long winded on-line chat followed by a long phonecall. The girl who phoned me after the on-line chat was very pleasant and was (eventually) allowed to honour the quote.
