Buyer beware this is the worst company to buy from. They have the worse return policy zero communication they do not respond to emails. They Do not have an 800 number poor customer service they won’t be in business long if they keep this up they’re probably hurting that’s why they have to rip people off. It took me two months to get my order with zero communication from this company. I will never purchase anything from this retailer and I highly advise anyone who’s thinking about shopping here to think twice about it. You won’t be happy.

Avoid this company! They mislead you about delivery times. I ordered on November 18, and my receipt stated delivery between December 12-15. When I contacted them, they said it would take 4-5 weeks. They then claimed it was a pre-order, which was never mentioned on my receipt. Now, after six weeks, they say it will ship in another week or so. I'm incredibly frustrated, especially since these were meant as Christmas gifts for my child. It’s now January 11, and still no order. This company is a joke.
It's unfortunate I can't give this a zero-star rating. The website seems user-friendly, but it doesn't change the reality of my experience.
