We have been working with Avensure for the last 6 months and all our communication is excellent. We have a designated advisor (Ayeh) who is professional and responds to our issues / situations extremely quickly.This company does what it says on the tin! If you are looking for HR support then this is the company for you.
I have always found the advice & guidance Avensure provide (especially my recent experiences with Selina Woodall & Sue Rhodes) to be first class. Unlike other HR providers who I have worked with (who quite frankly, I found to be very formal & stiff), I found them to be friendly, very supportive (both during & outside normal working hours) & up to date with their advice & recommendations. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
As a new customer to Avensure I have been hugely impressed with the reponse and support I have been given. Having had a fresh complex staffing issue, having a dedicated advisor has been so valuable. She is responsive, timely with the advice being of a high quality. The support to reach a good conclusion for all concerning has been reached with the support of the advisor.

In the main, Avensure has been a good experience and help pull the company forward in terms of process and policy. Great introduction from initial pitch to the helpful on-boarding. Marked down due to the charges required for e-signature. Benefits were explained but not the cost highlighted well enough.
