Holy cow, how do these people stay in business?? Saw a nice rug on their Facebook ad, ordered and paid. Couple days later, wrong rug comes. An ordeal to return it. Replacement rug comes, wrong rug AGAIN. Unbelievably, they offer to let me keep their ugly rug for a partial refund. Now, for a second time, going through their return process, Hoping to see a refund. Impossible to reach a supervisor or any thinking person. Sorry I can’t get the rug I want, but these people are just ridiculous. They’ve elevated incompetence to an art form.
Their prices are good and I REALLY like the setup that they hav where you can view your item that you are purchasing in the area where you are buying it for. I also had a question that I sent them through email and they responded in a timely manner. Thumbs up so far! I just have to wait and see if the rug is going to meet my expectations when I receive it.
