Hi Avex cargo UAE - My invoice no is 42392 which was picked up on Dec 2025, as of 2026 feb 15. There has been no update and whenever i am calling the customer care they are clueless. They keep on saying we will check and let you know.
This is the first time using the service from Avex and would be the last time. I am surprised how Avex team are managing the services. So far the worst experience.

Most bad cargo service in uae .My husband send parcel 15-12-2025 by air cargo they said the parcel get me in 5 days . But still iam waiting for my parcel . Very urgent parcel but still waiting for that . So no one choose this cargo . No replay for messages and No response for phone calls . Worst cargo service . Track my order still that “picked” after picking 10 days. Please don’t choose this cargo
I sent my goods from Dubai to India before 3 months ( 3 oct).. the time of dispatched they promised for 40 to 45 days last but still my couriers of approx 80 kg not received yet .. every time when I call then or ping them they give only one excuse .. in under custom clearance .. they are totally fake or froad people .. please guys don’t send your goods by avax .. such a liar or froad compny .. don’t trust please
I am Gufran Khan send Air Cargo from Al Karama on 27th Aug 2025 still i am waiting for Cargo from last 2 weeks they are saying that this week you will receive.very pathetic service & 4 emails send there is not a single response. they are committing that you will receive cargo in 10-12 days to Mumbai.
I am extremely disappointed to say that I have a very bad experience with AVEX cargo. I have recently sent cargo to UK with Avex Cargo and lots of items are missing/stolen when received in UK. They promised me to get my items returned but it’s been 3 weeks nothing has been done and now they are not responding. This company has so much bad review but I took a risk bcos of cheap price but it become a nightmare.Strongly suggest to avoid sending any cargo tiger AVEX.I believe all good reviews are fake
