It was easy to find the tour and make…

It was easy to find the tour and make the initial payment. However the full tour amount was documented incorrectly (subsequently corrected). Also the stages of balance payments on the invoice were different to what's shown on the web site. Contacting the company to request clarifications was easy. Customer care was good.

Recently we booked a trip with Asia Vacation Group.I was corresponding with Gemma travel sales consultant in my opinion she deserves 5 stars she was very helpful and returned all of my calls and emails and explained all of my questions very polite and professional and patient.I will definitely be dealing with this travel agent in future.

Booking with Asia Vacation group

i was unsure about the full itinerary, so i contacted Asia vacation group and Jaden was excellent. He answered all my questions and made sure we got the trip we required. The booking process was also very easy.Hopefully the trip is just as good !!
