Incompetent staff,cancelled our trip and offered our money back then refused and said trip was going ahead.Charged 4 times anount for visas.Would not reply to e/mails whilst away and we really didnt know who to contact.Horrible experience
1st up this 12 day tour, Day 1, is travelling from Aust. to KL, day 11 is travelling from Lankawi to KL to Aust., day 12 is just when you will arrive back in Australia. We chose to organise our own flights, to get more time in KL at the beginning, so booked land tour only.Booking online Easter weekend discount = no worries, paid deposit, then paid balance the following week.60 days out from tour, we got a call to say that the tour was cancelled due to not enough people booked.Asked for a refund, got the impression over the next couple of weeks that wasn't going to happen. Eventually (Thank you Hong) we were able to pay extra to have tour go ahead, (to late to get decent airfares though)Once In Malaysia, KL accommodation was excellent, If only doing the booked tour - 1 day would be nowhere near enough time in KL.The Malaysian Land tour company was also excellent, just the one hiccup with the pick up to transfer to Malacca, Malacca accommodation was only average.Cameron Highlands accommodation was great, not enough time here though.Penang Georgetown Accommodation was ok, probs could have had another day to see the west side of the island.Flight to Langkawi could have been a little earlier, so as not to have wasted most of the day travelling.Langkawi resort was very good, with just enough time, maybe should have had 1 more day here.All up a good tour, Thanks to Hong & Malaysia land tour co.
I’m going on my first tour with your company so I hope that it will be an enjoyable experience. I have been with other tour companies like flight centre and near my home booking with a travel company and I am happy with them all.I hope that at the end of my tour, I can give a better review
