My experience with the Ayuda PYMEs collaboration through BBVA was unfortunately very disappointing and a waste of time, our most valuable resource.
The process felt highly sales-driven rather than entrepreneur-focused. I encountered pushy interactions and a strong emphasis on additional paid services, despite the collaboration being presented as a resource meant to support entrepreneurs through free guidance and company setup.
In several instances, the team appeared limited to handling only the most standard or common scenarios. When questions or situations fell outside the “typical” path, the guidance became unclear or inconsistent and their egos got in the way. At times, legal advisors seemed to rely on sales staff for direction, which did not inspire confidence in a very important legal process. I also received information that later turned out to be incomplete or not entirely accurate, with important exceptions or alternatives not clearly communicated.
Overall, the experience felt more like gatekeeping than advisory support, which made the process less efficient and more stressful than it needed to be.
This service may be useful for entrepreneurs who are completely new to company formation and want basic hand-holding. However, if you already understand what you need or are looking for a streamlined, efficient, and highly competent process, I would recommend proceeding cautiously or exploring other options.

I had an awful experience with Ayuda T Pymes, and I do not recommend them at all. They have a partnership with BBVA, which I initially thought made them legitimate, but in fact, they operate like a large company that prioritizes speed and profit over taking the time to understand each client’s individual needs.The salesperson I spoke to when signing the contract did a good job of listening and understanding my case, but unfortunately, the gestor to whom I was ultimately assigned did quite the opposite. She always seemed in a rush to get the work filed and didn’t take the time to understand my needs or objectives. She ultimately advised me to file something too soon, which resulted in the cancellation of the request — and now I have to redo the entire process myself.I contacted their quality control department as well as the CEO (Alfredo) via email to request a refund for the services. I even compromised by offering to accept a partial refund since they did perform some work (although it was of no value to me and a complete waste of time). However, they replied with a boilerplate response stating that they had fulfilled the contract and that no refund was due.It’s a shame that, for such a small amount of money relative to the size of their company, Ayuda T Pymes chose to respond this way instead of doing the right thing — satisfying their customer and acknowledging that they made a mistake.
After working a little bit more with them I completely change my opinion. They overcomplicate the process are not able to setup a meeting with BBVA. Don't help you to setup the most economical option. I send them all informations many time. In the end I did it all alone. Ha ido rápido y al fin exactamente lo que busqué. Al principio tuve dudas con los impuestos y pequeñas problemas con la comunicación porque no muestran mucho consideración para gente que no hablan español con la lengua materna.
If you're a foreigner like me, for example, in the Canary Islands, starting any kind of business for the first time, don't hesitate to deal with them. Thanks to Fernando Carril from Ayuda T Pymes I have my autonomo solved!! He patiently explained everything I needed to know via messages because my Spanish isn't yet at a level where I can smoothly conduct business over the phone. Now I can manage my affairs directly from home through their application, and if I have any doubts, my lovely contact person Carmen is always available and has promised to help with anything via phone, email, or messages. Things couldn't be easier in Spain for sure. I'm used to how difficult it can be to wait in queues at offices and wait for responses to emails, or when no one answers calls. To avoid this, dealing with Ayuda T Pymes was one of the most significant advantages, incredible service 👍
I thought that if I hire and pay a company for financial services, they will lead and help me with the Spanish fiscal system. But, on the contrary, the assessor assigned to my newly created autonomo refused to tell me when, what and how I have to pay TGSS, and now I have to pay penalities and also have lost the "tarifa plana" after only one month since start.Later Edit. Your Quality Department only contacted me twice, this week (July 2022).
Absolutely baffled and disgusted by this company. I paid for a service which they could not complete and they said they would refund me and call me the next day, its been almost two weeks, every day i phone they say they will call me back and never do? is this a joke or even legal? Cannot understand their process or disregard to clients.
