DCL employees really go above and beyond (specifically, Howard, Kajal, and Sergey)! We are new to this work, and they always answer our extensive questions with patience and in a timely manner. If they don't know an answer, on many occasions they have followed up and chased one down for us. They are efficient, professional, fast and just great to work with. Highly recommend them for conversion needs and really appreciate their efforts :)
I was unhappy with the previous ebook version of my book, and someone recommended I call DCL for assistance. They took my manuscript and converted it into an ePUB file in less than a week for a reasonable price. I was then able to quickly upload it to Amazon and Barnes and Noble and get it out there for sale. I was impressed with Allan and the team and would recommend them to others who need similar help. I am pleased to have worked with DCL. As a new author, I attempted several free online sources to convert my manuscript from a docx or PDF to an E-book. That was a waste of time considering I needed to upload documents on different print-on-demand platforms. None of those conversions turned out as one would expect. I wish I'd found DCL before choosing those free but time-consuming services. DCL's price was reasonable, and the conversion was great --especially on Calibre. The communication by email with Mary Jane (also known as Jannie) put me at ease. I appreciate the easy communication via email with her. I am a first-time author learning the different phases of the craft as I go along. I get anxious when I anticipate communicating with someone more experienced in the field than I am. Going forward I am nixing the free online sites and immediately turning to DCL and Jannie with any future conversions.
