Review Time
I purchased this brand because reviews indicated they are a British company with good support. I am fairly happy with the product but just want to warn others that they do not respond at all to any support requests. I have emailed them multiple times for help and they just don't answer at all leaving you stranded. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.
Bought on Amazon, next day delivery standard. The quality and feel of the radio was everything I hoped for. It replaced a old single speaker portable, different brand, and the sound quality giving crystal clear speech. There is even a usable frequency control though to be honest my hearing is shot, so left that as factory setting. It took a good 5 minutes to get used to the many controls but it soon became clear. However, once set up to your likings, it becomes dead simple with basic controls only required.
One tiny thing I would change would be the carry handle, and that would be to be able to remove and replace without destroying it. Highly recommend.
I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the radio. The quality is top-notch; its durability and reception are remarkable, and the price is very fair for the value it offers. I'm excited to enjoy more listening experiences in the future.
Finally, a shower radio with Bluetooth! 👍 It works well in strong DAB areas, and the sound quality for a small radio is good. Bluetooth setup is easy, and the battery life is excellent. The only downside is that my partner spends too much time in the bathroom listening to it.
