Total Scam...ordered my item nearly 3 weeks ago for Christmas, delivery was expected in days, not weeks... finally got a reply to multiple emails stating it will take another 3-4 weeks to arrive... surely, I will have to pay for return shipping, likely to another country for a refund... what a scam!!!

Incompetent Service, I ordered something to be sent to my home address and what do they do? Deliver it to a parcel box that I cannot access. It took 22 days to deliver a package from one country to another, which they struggled to locate until authorities intervened. Now I’m expected to pay to return it. How many times will it take for them to understand this can't continue or they will face serious consequences?
This company is used by some sellers in their marketplace, and it’s the worst experience I’ve had. I ordered an item and needed to return it. The item was delivered by a courier, and even after returning it through their designated drop-off point, 4 weeks later they claim it hasn't been received back, despite the courier saying it has. Now they are blaming me and insisting I returned it incorrectly. I have contacted them multiple times, and they are refusing to issue a refund. Avoid at all costs!!
