I bought a blind box and ended up getting my order messed up 2 times my order was a 16 inch sleeping baby boy no hair first the send a I think 14 inch it was a baby girl open eyes with hair then They send a second replacement was a sleeping boy but hair painted and still not 16 inch like I originally order so still got what I did not pay for
The product wasn't what I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to be a hyper realistic doll, but the twins I ordered weren't. However that could have been my fault I don't know. The cloths are very cute though and the shipping was fast.
I never received the doll…. It said my address was undeliverable? I tried to schedule response via their delivery service but phone and email are not working….Update:The company did reach out to rectify my experience. They offered to re-ship my order as an apology. I also purchased the Seel insurance so that was helpful because I purchased this doll over a month ago and I’m now moving so I suggest getting that too in case your items are not delivered. I also suggested babeside not use speed X. They are a terrible shipping company. I will likely re-order if they change who handles the shipping.
These dolls are so realistic!! The service is fantastic. This is my 3rd baby from babeside. When I order, I know the quality of materiaused is superb, price is good. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I am a doll collector and I will continue to use babeside for my babies
