If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. For someone who was super excited for their amazing baby bed I could not have been more disappointed. I ordered in early October 2025. After a month I reached out to them because I still hadn’t received my order and they gave me some sob story about how their manufacturer had been taking their money and not fulfilling orders and they asked if that I would be willing to wait for my order. I was understanding and advised them that I would wait for it and that they would be including a coupon for future use. It is now January 21, 2026. I have reached out to them many many times requesting a refund at this point and they still refuse to refund me my money even though I’ve yet to receive the package. When I track it, it says that it has been stuck in customs since November 2025. My child is now too large to even use the bed and they still refuse. Going to have to dispute the charge with my bank.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM. Ordered product 9/21/25, "Shipped" 9/22/25 and it is 10/9/25 and after 10+ emails to support, they can't provide an update. Do not waste your time or money.
