This is my second course with Back to Work, and I found the Cybersecurity Level 3 course both interesting and well-presented. The knowledge I gained will definitely help me open up new work opportunities. Although learning everything in just four weeks was challenging, it was definitely worth it.
I've enrolled for a Level 3 Social Media eCommerce course with B2W, which is not only about theoretical knowledge but also practical knowledge application. If you have an idea for social media marketing, you can apply it in the practical assessment during the course. Also some universal skills were trained in the course as well, like English and Maths, and Project Management.
The programme has given me a solid foundation in cybersecurity and networking and it helped me to gain what I was expecting which was to build a strong skill set in these fields. Through the knowledge and practical assesments I’ve gained good experience which are key skills for any cybersecurity or networking role. Overall, the programme has given me the technical knowledge and practical experience needed to pursue a career in this field and by completing the course I would be interested in pursuing a career as an IT project manager like also suggested by my tutor.
The program supported me in various cybersecurity concepts, including network security, threat analysis, risk management, and ethical hacking. Mohamad was a great cybersecurity trainer with a lot of experience. He knew a lot about security threats. His way of teaching made tough topics easier to understand, making it a great learning experience.
Downsides are: • No lists or bullet point as answers.• Surprise English/Math/IT assessment during enrolment. Equal to GCSE lvl. • 9to5 for 20 weekdays on MS Teams. Good stuff:• It was possible to complete work needed during time allocated for the whole coarse. All learning material was on a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), it allowed learners to complete work ahead of time if they wanted. • Mix of assignments such as theory, groupwork, and practical lessons.• Tutor was understanding, encouraging and set a fun learning environment.
I recently completed Level 2 Warehouse and Storage with B2W, I enjoyed this course and found the contents of the course easy to understand. I would recommend doing a course with Back 2 Work because I had a good experience. The tutor Richard had a great understanding of warehousing and was helpful and provided good feedback. Richard created a positive environment during the course and this created a good group dynamic. Overall I am glad I did this course and I feel prepared to get a job in a Warehouse.
