It's been two weeks, and I'm still waiting for the tenant's payment made months ago. I wouldn't recommend this service; their customer support is non-existent. They even send emails asking for feedback on their lack of support. It's frustrating for both tenants and landlords.
There’s no option to chat with candidates prior to accepting the rental. We lack visibility on their desired move-in dates and have no information on their profiles. Honestly, this platform is a waste of time for landlords.

Customer service is lacking, and it's clear they don't value their clients. Save your money for a studio or another service. Note that you'll end up spending excessively on deposits and moving fees.
If I could go back in time, I would prevent myself from ever giving any money to this service. They excel at exploiting renters while pretending to provide 'modern, stylish living.' Beneath the polished exterior lies a chaotic and frustrating operation. From the beginning, it was a disaster with multiple attempts to overcharge me and my roommates, including a rent bill that was more than double the agreed amount. When I raised the issue, they dismissed it, showed no accountability, and offered no apology. Additionally, they impose a huge and unjustifiable 'service fee' just to book, and then add vague utility charges, making what seems like an affordable rental turn outrageously expensive. By the time you realize it, you're already locked in. They even withheld part of my deposit for damage I didn’t cause, charging me for something I proved I didn’t break, and at a higher rate than my roommate. When I tried to follow up, responses were minimal, and they avoided calls, providing no clear explanations. It took endless effort to get any answers, and they remained steadfast on their unfair charges. This service relies on overcharging, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Their support is slow and more focused on protecting profits than assisting tenants. Renting with them means paying more than agreed, struggling for basic service, and risking your deposit on false claims. Save yourself the hassle and seek alternatives.
Horrendous experience. This service is unreliable and untrustworthy. The apartment I rented constantly has lighting issues, forcing me to spend days away without any solution from them. They claim to have 24/7 support, but I haven't received any assistance. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
