I faced an issue with my BOGO item after placing my order. I contacted the support team, and they responded quickly. I was not receiving email notifications for some reason, but they reached out to me three times (which I appreciated!). I provided all the necessary information, and they added my item without any hassle. The customer service was exceptional, and I will certainly be ordering from them again.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. On Nov 2, I placed an order for two items totaling about $150, which included shipping protection promising a 6-9 day delivery. After 26 days, they marked my status as 'delivered.' (It's been a month now!) My mom works from home, and other packages arrived from different vendors on time, but nothing from this service. I emailed their help team, and they just told me to check with my neighbors if they got my package. Ridiculous! No other vendor has ever had issues with my address. We live in a nice neighborhood, and if someone had mistakenly received my package, it would have shown up by now. This false delivery status is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY.
This is one of the most irresponsible and unprofessional online shops I have ever encountered. My order vanished during shipping. The courier confirmed that the parcel never reached the US, so it is lost internationally. Despite this, the company kept asking for proof from the courier, even though they stated that they cannot provide documents to the recipient. Instead of accepting responsibility, they prolonged the process with unhelpful replies and no real action. I paid for shipping protection, yet they tried to shift the blame onto me. Their customer service is slow and appears more interested in avoiding refunds than resolving issues. I regret placing an order with this store and strongly advise others to stay away. If anything goes wrong, you will be left to fend for yourself.
I had a very positive experience with the customer service team. Shipping to Australia was fast, and their return process (we ordered the wrong size!) was efficient! A great place to find quality and stylish festival wear!

I absolutely love their outfits! I bought two bodysuits, and the quality is worth every penny! I've received so many compliments on them! I will definitely order from them again. Just a note: they likely produce items on demand, so I recommend ordering at least three weeks before your event!
I canceled my order just minutes after placing it due to negative reviews about customer service. I was told the next day that cancellation was impossible. The order arrived, and while the images showed a glossy effect, it was clearly matte in person, indicating the images had been photoshopped. The reviews seem fake.
