Seller has been friendly and communicative at the beginning, but controller shipped quite delayed.Controller has been used 3 days ( 120km) and then just died. After assembly stock controller the e-bike worked well again. Seller blamed me, that I "blown" it... I used it even not to the maximum power and used gear properly. I tried to return the item via PayPal. Seller agreed to return the item, but has not provided any return address on purpose. Finally he won the case. I would never buy from him again.
Bought my Bafang BBSHD kit from these guys. Excellent service, was kept up to date regarding my order, and the after sale service was outstanding. DM’s were answered within minutes no matter what day of the week it was!!! Would definitely recommend and do business with again.
