SMN Logistics is a scam broker. Do not book with them. They quoted me a price of $725, $175 to them and $550 to the driver. They informed me my car was picked up on Friday in the morning. Saturday afternoon they told me that the price had gone from $550 to the driver to $1200. I told them I wanted to cancel immediately. They said due to the time passing they could no longer cancel. The car arrives and the transportation job was $1000 and SMN took another $200 fee from the "new" price of $1,200. Do not book with them. I will be filing with federal DOT for a scamming trucking broker.
Suck you in with lower price but somehow the price just keeps going up requiring more and more money up front. Claimed they had a driver at the lower price which, of course, never materialized. Then the price escalation and lack of transparency. I canceled as soon as I discovered the extra billing and used a more reputable company. Not only did they refuse to refund, they were STILL trying to bill me more. while the other company was picking up the vehicles. Recommend keep ALL your correspondence and DON'T use Zelle . SMN Logistics has no shame
They never shipped my side by side as scheduled and it’s been over 3 weeks since they said I would see my refund. I would look elsewhere.Update: as of today still no refund and no contact from the company 9.9.2025Update: spoke to Brad Shaw on 9.9.2025 at 5:00 pm. as of 9.15.2025 still no refund
