Had to send first one back as loose around butt, smaller size totally exposes me at the front. Cannot return, only get credit so little point. Unethical customer service, with that price tag they should stand by their product and return if they don’t fit the body.
Highly recommend a visit to the showroom if you are able, and if not engage with the team on sizing. I would have bought at least 1 size larger and been disappointed. After a wear or two they mould to your shape. I have 2 now and love to mix and match. I also love my Viviana multi-way dress
If I could give Baiia zero I would. You would expect a brand that prides itself on the premise of helping women ‘feel good’ about themselves while presenting an inclusive ‘plus size’ solution would have its sizing in check. Instead, it offers up the most ridiculous, small sizing and should not be revered at all. Just don’t do it. There are other sustainable brands with great designs and better quality fabric that we should support instead. Like most online brands, you can’t return items for a refund - instead they provide a list of absurd ways you can stretch your items to fit your body shape. They also suggest your should wear your swimwear ‘3 - 4 times’ for ‘2 to 3 hours’ for them to feel more comfortable. Too bad you won’t be able to send them back after taking their advice if they still don’t fit. Absolute joke.
This company offers international shipping but does not warn you for import costs. They are not transparant about their sizing and returning is a big hassle. I have paid 15 euro now for a returned bikini because it was definitely 2 sizes too small and ordered a safe size. After contacting them about a money back construction because I live in the EU, they claim to be a small company and thus only offer exchange or shop deposits. Although I clearly told them I am from the EU and want to use my right for a money return option. They take so long to get in touch and took about 2 emails to get this shizzle going. Now I have to wait another lo mg time before I get my huge amount I spend on a useless bikini to be returned. Whilst I’m off to holiday next week and had to pay another huge amount for a different bikini somewhere else… my advise: if you live in Australia I can imagine this will be a nice option if you really look into sizing beforehand. Too much hassle for a EU citizen.
