Wallet is pretty nice, feels actually not bad as well. I’m happy that I bought these wallets. For their price, they are great. And it arrived pretty quickly (it took like 8-9 business days to arrive).
I ordered the Daraco wallet as a Christmas/New Year’s gift and waited over two months for delivery. By the time it finally arrived, the occasion was long gone. What made it worse is that the product itself is nothing special — it feels like a cheap generic Chinese wallet that you can find on Temu for a third of the price.For the premium marketing and price, I expected something better in both quality and customer service. Unfortunately, neither lived up to expectations. Would not recommend and definitely won’t buy again.
I made the purchase on November 17th, a week has already passed, and after several emails requesting clarification, they still haven't sent me the wallet, nor do I have any shipping confirmation or tracking link! I received two replies saying they would send it soon, but the truth is, a week has passed since the purchase and they haven't even sent the wallet!!
I ordered this wallet only because of their fake promotion "Delivery in 4-8 business days". My order wasn't even sent in that period, and I waited 2+ weeks to arrive - it didn't, so I decided I do not need this anymore. I sent 3 emails about cancelation - no one replied. After 5 weeks I sent another email to ask about my refund, since the wallet got returned to them (they didn't even message me about the return) and they bullied me to send some random tracking numbers for my return (tracking link was in original email I replied to btw) - it was auto-return due the item not delivered. And after 3-4 days or tedious and meaningless emails, they did partial refund and stole 7 euro from me because of "cancelation". Avoid those theives!
