My suit fits really well. The sizing chart is very accurate. The material is butter soft. It feels so luxurious and well made, I just love it. I cant wait to hit the beach and try it out!

Swimmer bottoms

I purchased just some swimmer bottoms a few months ago, to try out for sizing. I love the the fact that they're reversible. Very comfortable. I was really happy with sizing, and particularly comfortable to cover my tum.

Not a bad product but a very poor customer experience

The wrapsuit which I ordered, arrived within a week, which is good. The garment looks good: it's sewn very neatly. However, it didn't fit AT ALL, even if I had ordered it in the right size. It seems I have lost my money, because this company DOES NOT PROVIDE A REFUND IN CASH. Where I live, this is an illegal practice for webshops, so I never considered this a likely scenario. I feel a bit stupid for not checking this beforehand... Therefore, if you're not from Australia: be aware! Also of the fact that returning an item is at the buyer's expense!

Great quality and wonderful customer service

I was so excited to order my first ever Baiia, but unfortunately it was destroyed in the February floods before I got to wear it. The quality was superb, along with beautiful patterns and the customer service I received along the way was second to none.
