The customer support is exceptional. I've submitted multiple inquiries and consistently receive responses within a day or two at most. I utilize the calming chews for my energetic little dog whenever guests arrive. They really help her stay calm.
The hip and joint chews are perfect for my fur girl Princess Jasmine.She has a routine and goes and sits on the bed in the Lv in the am waiting to get her chew, then at night she goes to the bedroom and sits on the bed waiting for her chew, she loves them and they help her with her arthritis pain.
My ten year old cat was having daily multiple seizures. It was heartbreaking. The vet had her on barbituates, which she and I hated, and the seizures continued to get worse over the next year. I ordered Bailey’s Calming CBD Yummies for my 13-year old dog who is suffering from dementia and sleep disturbances. We have been experiencing months of sleep deprivation. He has been taking a Yummie at bedtime and, wow, what a difference! We both have been getting a good night’s sleep and I only received the Yummies about a week ago. The CBD chews seemed to make my dog more hyper rather than relaxed. I did not like the fact that there is no way to cancel a subscription in the account tab, have to email customer service. Should not be allowed for an ecommerce company. I also did not receive an email confirmation of cancelled subscription as promised.
My 14 year old girl has some arthritis and is also very anxious. I appreciated the online chat which helped in selecting the best product for her. I went with the calming CBD oil as it can help alleviate the discomfort of the arthritis and also help with her anxiety during thunder storms and fireworks.
