BallerTV's refund policy is a problem. I hadn't used the app in months and then it auto-renewed for $113. I contacted them the next day and they didn't grant a refund. The best they could do is say we hope you enjoy the next 364 days of BallerTV and we have cancelled any future payments.
Ugh, 364 days of content I don't want.
Last 3 volleyball tournaments I have wanted to watch matches I paid for have been horrible. No live video, matches cut off before match ends, blurry video, no sound. I chat with Baller and get the same response, working on it, be patient. Chats drop. Unacceptable horrible streaming service. Might be time to report to BBB and FTC for deceptive practices. So disappointing.
I have had two kids play club volleyball and baller is the absolute worst. I’d say at least 50% of the games are unwatchable. Which is not a lot of coverage given the cost. A prime example the last tournament the equipment wasn’t even set up. Just piled in the corner. Customer service is useless, lies or misleads and says they’ll look into and nothing happens. And the will not refund you when their equipment or feed fails. Like why am I paying when you haven’t even set up the equipment. Let alone when an entire game is just a buffering screen. Terrible avoid if you can or make your peace with wasting a lot of money for little (useless) service.

The service really needs to overhaul its customer support. If you want to succeed, providing poor service won't help. If I'm unhappy with my experience, why would I want a credit? Being fair to customers could help your business grow. Think about it.
This is disappointing for boys volleyball since there aren't many tournaments, making it nearly useless. I used the service once and ended up paying for three years after missing a charge last year. After being charged again, I canceled but was refused a refund. They clearly don't care about customer service.
My grandson played in a recent basketball tournament, and we bought a ticket expecting to watch. The camera control was inadequate and mostly focused on one side of the court, missing key moments. The score was never updated online, leaving us in the dark about the game's outcome. It feels like a waste of money for a $39 ticket.
