The coverage of the women’s League Cup Quarterfinal is truly disappointing! There’s no individual game coverage, just a 'multi-view' setup. Watching four games at once makes it impossible to focus on any single match. It's shameful how women’s football is undervalued. The frequent switching of coverage makes it hard for viewers and commentators to keep track of any game.
I just witnessed Leeds dominate Palace 4-1, but then had to endure over 30 minutes of dull analysis on Everton vs. Arsenal?! The coverage is utterly clueless, and it’s no wonder there are songs about them echoing around the stadium. They need to invest in dedicated analysts for each game they broadcast. This is just pathetic!
Full refunds should be provided this month. How can they schedule both Palace vs. Man City and Sunderland vs. Newcastle at 2 PM, only to follow it with a poor match at 4:30? Who is responsible for this booking? It’s a terrible decision!
Trying to watch the darts, it feels like I'm stuck in a channel filled with ads rather than actual games. The commercials are longer than the matches, and the unnecessary chatter fills the gaps. The female commentator seems out of place—why is she dressed this way? It’s supposed to be about darts, not distractions. My viewing time will be severely limited from now on.
While watching live EFL football last Wednesday on the app, the stream failed around the 35th minute. I got a blank screen followed by an error message. The picture and sound came back briefly at the start of the second half but then failed again. Many fans reported similar issues, indicating a problem with the broadcast service. After complaining, I received a confusing voicemail and an email suggesting I reboot my equipment—completely unhelpful given the event was already over. I’ve asked why they won’t acknowledge the issue was on their end. This is unacceptable service!
The app is a waste of time. While attempting to watch a Championship match, the stream dropped every five minutes, taking ages to come back. I missed the entire second half. The on-screen message about technical problems was no help. I emailed about the issues and got a response stating the obvious—there were indeed streaming problems. For what they charge, this service is unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve faced issues with live coverage.
The regular channels are fine, but as soon as I switch to Sky Sports Plus, the stream breaks up constantly. This isn’t a connection issue on my end, as I can watch other content without problems. They take my payment every month but fail to deliver the promised service.
They often misrepresent which games are being broadcast. Many Premier and Champions League games are only available on another service, not Sky. The games they do show are often interrupted with no picture or sound. It feels like a complete rip-off.
