Terrible experience. We purchased a very expensive padel racket but it arrived and had clearly been used. Scratches, scuffs, marks all over it. Contacted customer service but didn’t hear back. Had to chase them twice and eventually got a response of “have a 15% refund or return it”. No offer of a replacement racket when that’s what I specifically asked for. Avoid this company if you can; the customer service is dreadful.
The company sent the wrong size padel trainers and will not answer the 3 emails I have sent through their website.
This is in breach of UK consumer goods act and I want a full refund or at least an acknowledgement that the trainers will be swapped over at no shipping cost to me .

My experience was quite poor - misleading website and inadequate customer service. To elaborate: 1) Shipping to the U.S. costs $25, and returns are at your expense, unlike most U.S. sellers offering free shipping and returns. 2) There’s also a $35 customs duty collected before delivery, which isn’t mentioned on the website. 3) I wanted to return a racquet that was too heavy for me (still in original packaging), but customer service took 5 days to respond and denied the return without explanation, even though returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Now, I’m left with a racquet I can’t use and no way to get my money back. There are plenty of other sellers for padel equipment—avoid this one.
I ordered and waited 10 days for my package, but it didn’t arrive. I tried multiple ways to reach customer support, but no one explained the issue with my order. Instead, they decided I didn’t want the package anymore and said I would be refunded, but I’m still waiting for that. Overall, it was difficult to contact anyone, and when I did, they weren’t helpful. I chose this shop during a sale, and now I can’t reorder the same racket because it’s sold out while other shops have returned to regular prices. Very frustrating.
