Review Time
This company is a scam. They have never shipped my order. They say something is out of stock (that I already paid for because it shows available on the site) they never contacted me about I HAD TO REACH OUT THEM They supposedly switched out the item and then again nothing shipped. I reached out again (because they never do) only to be told the switched item is now out of stock. They refuse to refund so now here I am out $80. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
Very poor customer service. Contacted them because the order never arrived. After a week I receive an email that the advertised product on their website that an attachment to the product was no longer available so would not be shipping the purchased item .
The order was thrown into a box with no packaging. One bottle the lid was loose so it leaked over other items. 5 items were missing. Contacted customer service who said they would send replacements. After a while I contacted them again and nothing had been done. They said that they would take care of it. After a week contacted them again and was told that they were out of one of the items, would take it in a different fragrance. I said OK. It arrived today with all the items stuffed in a padded envelope. So their customer service does not care about the customers. The shipping department does not care if the order is complete or how messed up the order gets in transit. My order was for over $300 and for that price I would expect way better service. I regularly order from other companies that do men's products. I will stick with them and not bothr with Ballsy again.
This company is absolutely amazing! They sell men’s personal hygiene products that my husband absolutely loves, and can no longer live without. They even sell underwear with ball Hammocks, which of course my hubby loves! Their customer service is phenomenal and they stand by their products. They also have a product for woman called boob guard which eliminates sweating from underneath… Well, that’s kind of self-explanatory. Overall a great company with amazing products, great customer service, and great prices!
This is a truly excellent company in every way. Their products are wonderful, and if you are put off by the name or labels you shouldn't be. I have placed a number of orders with them and at one point had need to contact customer service due to a delivery difficulty. Never have I had better or faster responses than I received from Ballsy customer service, nor such quick rectification of a problem. They are also a company that gives back by donating part of their profits to specific men's issues. If I could give them five hundred stars I would!
