Extremely dissatisfied with my experience.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I placed an order on 23/11/2025, expecting delivery by expected date, and the product has yet to arrive. The situation is exacerbated by poor communication. I reached out to customer support, but have not received a clear explanation regarding my order or a new delivery date. This level of service is unacceptable from a company of this scale. I just want clarity on the status of my order and when it will be delivered. I hope this review prompts the company to provide a proper explanation and resolve the matter.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. A simple problem due to an error from MyProtein, the proposed solution? Nothing. Two subscriptions canceled 6 months apart (taken at the same time but canceled at a different time) for 2 bizarre reasons. The first: "canceled due to cancellation deadlines" (with no explanation when I ask what this cancellation deadline is). And the other: a delivery problem dating back to 2024 (it's now 2025 and the problem was resolved more than 9 months ago, so they cancel 9 months later). The answers keep going round in circles: please renew a subscription (and pay the additional cost each time). AI is good but it's starting to get annoying.

I'm very satisfied, usually when you pay extra to get it faster , well you just pay extra. I paid 2 euro extra and I got my package in 24 hours : that's really worth it. Thank you

Good products, such a bad delivery

The products are really good, but the shipping options sucks. I always have to deal with PostNL. They never manage to ring to my doorbell. It's such a pitty. I don't want to order anymore because you can't deliver the goods to my door as expected. It was the last time for me.
