CAUTION - These umbrellas lack durability and fail to withstand any wind. The screws used for assembly rust and break easily. The 5-year warranty is essentially meaningless. They don't repair the umbrellas but only provide new parts, which in my case were just replacement screws. The screws provided were inadequate and of poor quality, leading to more breakage. When I attempted to fix the umbrellas with better screws, they claimed the warranty was voided. The whole experience has been frustrating. Additionally, it took around 4.5 hours to disassemble each umbrella and replace all the damaged screws.

They do not provide parts for wind damage on their hurricane-rated umbrella. I ordered replacement bolts on September 9, but they haven't shipped yet because the company is at a trade show—selling new umbrellas while customers are left with broken ones at home. That's $3,000 I won't recoup...

The umbrella holds up well in the wind and looks good when open. However, it cannot be fully closed and secured neatly when not in use. Forcing it closed can misalign the ribs, making it tricky to reset. The Velcro strap intended for closing is too short, making it ineffective. Consequently, the umbrella looks unattractive when partially closed. I spoke to two representatives about this issue, but neither was helpful.
