Review Time
If a zero was available, this is what they would get. I ordered artificial flowers. I never received the order. I continously checked the tracking so I would know when to expect my package. I watched it go through customs & other facilities. Then all of a sudden on Feb 5th, it claims my order was delivered on the same day it was in customs. After many emails I get the same exact message ever time- "check with your neighbors, look around your house, check under bushes, check with the post office". The post office has no way of checking the routing number this company has issued. Sounds to me like this is a scam, I wonder how many other people have lost their money too. I've asked for a refund, looks like I'm out of $60. Buyer Beware!

If I had the opportunity to give 0 Stars I would. It has been two months and the one item I ordered has not been delivered. Numerous emails to alleviate the issue have failed. Customer service refuses to ship replacement or refund purchase price. I assume all the “good” reviews are fake.

TOTAL SCAM. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 piggybanks in late Nov '23. Still waiting for them to arrive. I've been in contact via email 5 times and get an excuse each time. Have repeatedly asked for a refund to no avail. DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! SCAMMERS!!!
Total Scam……still waiting for 4 piggy banks that were order in November for Christmas. My bad for not researching before I ordered. As others have stated customer service is useless. Never again will I order from a Facebook add😡
