WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.. I originally signed up with the starter kit and a 3 month head replacement subscription.. my order confirmation clearly says I bought the subscription.. now they’re saying I don’t have a subscription and I need to buy the starter kit AGAIN!! After pushing back, now customer service is copying and pasting the same response… no customer service at all!!!

Had banisher 1,2 and now I just received banisher 3, has always been the best at home micro needling and the serums and masks have always helped improve my acne condition. Be aware of scam !!

Be aware of scam !!! Once you buy in the website you're literally becoming a member and they will send you products every 4 months and charge you automatically and when you go to the website there is no way to cancel!!!
