this platform has been incredibly disappointing. I received counterfeit earbuds after 15 days of constant effort to resolve the issue. They eventually agreed to a return and refund, but the return process takes 32 days and the refund could take up to 90 days. I highly advise against purchasing anything from this unreliable service; it has been the worst experience I've ever had.
I received a faulty pair of earbuds (one not working). I provided an unboxing video, but despite several follow-ups, no replacement or refund was offered. I only got generic responses, making this the worst service I've encountered. I do not recommend this at all.
