I ordered two mobile phones but only received one. When I reached out to the support team, they informed me that I need to provide documentation for them to initiate an investigation regarding the missing phone, and that I would have to wait at least 10 business days to see the outcome of the investigation.
Despite my initial doubts, I ordered a device and was pleasantly surprised to pick it up just four days later at the local post office. The entire experience was straightforward and transparent. I highly recommend them, especially for phones that local stores don’t carry!
This isn't the seller's fault, as it's the shipping service that's failing to deliver my package. It's stuck in their system, and I'm getting no updates. When I contacted their customer service, I was misinformed about the package's status. I promised to update my review once the seller resolves this issue. EDIT: The package finally arrived almost a week late. They should reconsider using this shipping service for my country due to their poor tracking.
