They claimed international tax issues were the reason my funds couldn’t be released. After payment, a documentation fee appeared, confirming withdrawals were never possible.

I eventually found ʙʟᴏᴄᴋᴛʀᴀᴄᴇʟᴀʙs, who provided clarity and assisted in recovering part of my funds.

Absolutely not worth it, avoid at all costs!

If I could rate it lower, I definitely would; it’s simply not worth it. The points are nearly impossible to redeem without facing numerous challenges. In my view, it’s best to steer clear. The points offered come with hidden fees and an annual charge that aren’t worth it. Terrible card. Avoid it, I cannot stress this enough!

If I could rate lower, I definitely would. The service is not worth it. They make it incredibly difficult to use points, with numerous hurdles to jump through. In my opinion, it's best to avoid it. The points offered don't compensate for the hidden fees and annual costs. Terrible card. Just don’t go for it!

Caution - very poor service

Caution! Avoid getting any credit card from this company. I have never missed a payment. After my card was stolen, I quickly reported it, but it took months for them to investigate. They wrongly claimed I was responsible for charges I didn't make, resulting in additional fees. The charges were made in a place I’ve never visited. Just stay away from the hassle and don’t get a card from them!

Extremely poor customer service

The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I was a victim of fraud by a merchant and filed a dispute, but my case was closed without any contact with the merchant. I received no assistance and lost $1800 because of it. This is the worst credit card service; avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience with this card

I've held a credit card with this company for ten years, but it has become a terrible card. Despite having excellent credit and always paying on time, they've raised my interest rates and lowered my credit limit. When I inquired, I was told to spend more. This is irresponsible advice. I will not use them again. Very poor customer service!

Frustrating experience with policies

The policies here are nonsensical, and the IT support is frustratingly subpar. I wasted 90 minutes following their confusing instructions without any progress. I couldn't escalate my case, despite my experience in customer service management. The representative was nice but ultimately couldn't help due to the ridiculous policies. I’d rather close my account than share my personal information. This is a frustrating waste of time.

Disappointing service regarding fraud

This company has been very disappointing. They fail to remove clear fraudulent charges and do not protect their customers. The process to resolve such issues is frustrating and unsafe. This is not the level of security and support that should be expected from a major financial institution.

This is the worst bank I've ever encountered. They place holds on my account after every purchase. It’s embarrassing to be denied with an 850 credit score.

Avoid this company - no real customer service!

My credit card was transferred to this company, and I can't reach a real person for help. I can't download the app due to my phone's software version. The verification process is overly complicated and frustrating. I won’t be using my card until they improve their customer service. Avoid at all costs!
