Superb quality garments, with an ever-increasing catalogue of styles and some great collaborations. My chosen G4 jacket was an updated version, but reassuringly still manufactured in the UK and maintaining excellent standards of design, tailoring and stitching. It arrived from Italy securely within two days of the order and its cardboard and soft paper packaging is being re-used to store numerous pairs of gloves. This company is one of my personal favourites and although the prices are premium, they're worth it. I currently own five Baracuta jackets, together with a couple of polo shirts that I've had for more than twelve years. Thoroughly recommended!

One star is not even what i want for this company so far.

My purchase experience with Baracuta is far worse than I expected. I requested a return of my G9 jacket and it was approved by their end on Feb/04/2026 with their prepaid return label sent via email. The return method was through home pick-up on Feb/09/2026 (expected time to pick up the package was even 'all-day' with which I had to take a day-off for this process).

For some reasons, a courier never came and neither a DHL courier nor the customer care of Baracuta reached out to me without informing what exactly happened, what their next plans are, or any apologies.
I sent emails to Baracuta twice about this issue, and they replied me saying they have escalated this issue to an appropriate team, but that team also failed to come back to me until I contacted them on Feb/11/2026 (two days later of the courier's expected visit).

They again replied with a similar email that they will escalate it to a proper team to fix this issue, but did not inform me with an actual date when they would come back with a solution or how their plan toward this return issue will be.

I sent another email to the customer care team to inform me with a specific date/deadline or a plan of theirs, but they never responded back to me yet, which I feel that I am eventually ignored.

Baracuta apparels are nowhere near cheap prices, but customers might need to take risks when they decide to return items if they do not like their products either in size or color since it is very likely that your return request could be gone somewhere in a maze at which you can never expect your money could be refunded.

Hopefully, whoever in charge of Baracuta comes with a realistic solution of this issue after reviewing this post.

Fast Delivery / Quality Product / Nice FinishingsThe jacket fits quite small. I normally wear a North American Medium. But the Large I bought is still a bit snug. Especially under the armpits.
