My experience was incredibly disappointing. The order was wrong, the item did not match the description, the size was incorrect, shipping took too long, and their email responses were automated. I strongly recommend against making a purchase from this company.
This company is truly terrible and shows no respect. They messed up my order, sending an item that was completely different from what was advertised, the size was incorrect, shipping took way too long, and their email responses are just automated replies. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I placed my order on November 24, and I still haven't received any tracking information. I've contacted them several times, but their customer service is nonexistent, providing only vague responses. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. They don’t provide receipts or shipping updates—ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I've attempted to get a refund, but they claim I DO NOT EXIST IN THEIR SYSTEM. However, they quickly took money from my account, along with additional unknown charges. When I try to reach out, I get a frustrating runaround. No refund! They promise a lot but fail to deliver. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They will take your money and leave you with nothing.
This is a SCAM. They refuse to send a return label, despite what their website claims. I only receive AI-generated responses that waste my time, pushing my return beyond the 30-day window. They provided an address in China for returns while claiming to be based in Canada. I will not get my money back. Do not purchase from them.
I ordered a hoodie for my grandson for Christmas on November 29, and it still hasn't arrived. I received no email confirmation or receipt. Contacting them only results in generic replies. Thankfully, I used a payment service that refunded my money.
I only give 1 star because it's mandatory! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are a scam. I never received my order. When I reached out, they repeatedly told me to wait 7-10 days. After filing a complaint with my bank, I finally got my money back. It's no surprise they have such low ratings; they deserve even worse.
I've been trying since December 2024 to resolve my order issues! I ordered twice because the first size was too small. They keep insisting they sent my order, but they don't seem to understand I have two separate orders! They sent the wrong item again! I explained that I didn't receive the leggings, but after finally getting the correct hoodie, they claimed the leggings weren't included despite sending the wrong size multiple times! I'm done; they have my money, and I still don't have the correct order. Stay away from them and shop elsewhere!
