These tights are honestly the best I ever had and I tried many brands. I love the high waist, no naked belly when doing overhead exercises! Especially being a plus-size lady, having nice fitting leggings makes all the difference in feeling good about yourself and your workout. I keep buying more because they keep coming up with new designs and, thanks to all the workouts, I had to down-size a few times, yay!
Paying shipping to return items is something I wish I knew before ordering. To return two light items in a bag from Finland to Sweden was 22€! And this was the cheapest option at the post office. I ordered a few things to try out as I kept seeing Bara ads.. again, if I knew they have no returns service provided I would not have ordered anything. I didn’t realise this could be a thing, have never come across this before… you live, you learn to read the fine print!Regarding the clothes, all seemed like good quality but the variation in sizes was big. I ordered tights, skirt & shorts all in the same size having checked out the size chart. Tights & skirt fit well, tights could even have been tighter, but the shorts would not go past my thighs. Oh and the items are made in China. So there’s no Nowergian quality to be had here, not with the clothing or the service.Edit: as I can’t reply to the reply: returns was indeed sent as a letter and the cheapest option at the post office was 22€.
Bought my first set of leggings and top in November and have wanted to live in these since. Bought several since, mix of tops, bras and leggings and I live the quality, the colours, the fit. Had a problem with delivery (Belgian post's fault, not BARA) and they were so nice about resending and making sure the address was correct. Quick, correct and friendly customer service. I couldn't be happier with the products and the service. Next time I need a bathing suit, can't wait to order theirs.
I am very happy with the items that I own from Bara! I ordered a pair of tights about a year ago, when it arrived it had a small hole in it. I emailed Bara about it and they offered me to return the tights for a new one or a giftcard with half the amount of the tights. I chose the second option as I thought I could still get some use out of them. I ordered a new one and both of them are still in great condition despite using them a lot! They are very comfortable to wear and are long enough for me! (I am 175 cm and have pretty long legs).I recently ordered their new hiking pants, and I am very pleased with the quality and fit! I will definitely order from them again in the future!
I do like the communication from the company and their customer care team, the package was long to be delivered. Ordered it the 21st. And it was delivered 31st. The tracking link had an error, so I couldn’t see where it was. The sizes were small compared to other brands, and the print stretched a little too much for my taste (can be because the size wasn’t right) but it was nice quality.To return the items is very complicated, and I wished I knew this before ordering from a new brand - the bag that it came in gets ruined when opening due to the tape, and you have pay return yourself, especially for international shipment it’s expensive… then print a return slip, and buy another bag to ship it back in. For me, the hassle with returning and price for it, it’s not worth giving it a chance.
I've had an amazing experience with the customer service as my gift card was expired by my mistake and they extended it with 1 month <3 I love my new jogger and sports top. The products are of great quality, I'm really happy with it!
