I ordered pine winter tights, even I'm fan of black colour. When I found out black winter tights are back in stock, I contacted Bara, and they updated my order, so I will get my favourite pair. Quick respond, very nice, I'm even bigger fan of Bara clothes now :)

Poor service & SMS terror

The good first: the goods came quickly. Everything after that was nothing but disappointment. I followed the size chart for tights. But what I got I could not even pull up to the knees. So returned. At my expense. Shipping bill and receipt submitted. I should have done it via paypal, I received in response. But on the BARA page there is only a paypal icon without function. So you have no chance to get the important information about the return. The refund took 4 weeks and I was charged a stocking fee. Since then I receive PERMANENT SMS advertisements. In various emails I tried to explain that the SMS-unsub link does not work. What also doesn't work is that anyone from there reads the customer emails properly. You get standard replies or they don't address the specific problem. Not even the head of reads through the communication. Pathetic. Embarrassing. Poor service.

I had an issue with my jeans 3.0 which ripped of on 2 different spots and when i wrote to the customer support they were very reactive and friendly and have resolved my issue within a matter of 2 days :)

By far the best activewear ever

By far the best activewear I’ve ever worn. I spend about 4 hours outside walking/running everyday and now I only wear Bara😍. Their tights stay in place, hug you in all the right places. Their thermo winter line is the BEST and their sweats are made out of the best material, the color doesn’t even fade. All the clothes come out of wash like new no matter how often it’s washed. And last but not least the Bara hiking pants are the best thing I have ever bought. Bara keeps me comfortable, warm and stylish while doing so, what else can a girl ask for?
