I love all The tights -i order mine normal size in tights - its not falling Down under work out or mine trailruns , The bra i order in a bigger size so its fits - the blouses or tops dosent fit me at all it to small or to tight and not good for me.
I've ordered tights and top. When a little stretch is given, nice colours fades out and the piece looks like it is already old and washed out. It is not a normal thing, other companies manage to have nice colour and a stretch. Customer service doesn't answer. When I try to make a return, it doesn't work. Never ever will I order anything from this crappy company.What is the problem bara?!
Review from Belgium. The sizing turns out small. So I wanted to exchange my purchase for a bigger size.The cost for returning the package, if for you and should be shipped to Sweden. I paid 20€ for this using PostNL. The package had a track & trace, but apparenlty, the Swedish address is not capable of accepting packages that require a signature! The fact that the package should be send without signature is not written on their website. I had to hear it from support.
Ordered on the 29th dec - I’m still waiting- only received 1 email on the 1st December to say package is on way - tried tracking but it just says it being packaged and will email when it’s sent but nothing. I’ve sent email to company but it’s just bouncing back
I purchased various stuff from Bara in last 2 months and I'm in love. Leggings are amazing! Thy really feel like second skin on you and the colours are beautiful. Jacket fits perfectly too and i can't stop wearing it everywhere. Its so comfy and warm ♥The biggest surprise were the the pants. As a tall woman, I have never-ending problems with my pants ending all just above the ankles. Not with Bara! The hiking pants are the absolutely best hiking pans i own. I'm definitely going to order more from Bara.
One month to get items when I had paid for express delivery (they did refund the delivery). The items were utterly disappointing, it was a Mistery Box supposed to be worth 140 euros and they advertise it as a box containing limited and new products. I got a very simple back legging, THREE socks and a beanie. I checked the return policy and you have to pay to return. The items are not worth the value they proposed.The customer service is friendly, but useless, with messages like "we don't know why your items are delayed".
Love this company. Great quality clothes, especially for winter workouts, at a much more reasonable prices than many comparable brands. And when you need help a wonderful customer service team who listen and solve your issue quickly. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
