I've been a customer for years now and am obsessed with Bara skirts with pants underneath (I have 7 of them now). The first ones I bought a couple of years ago, are still like new although I'be been wearing them almost daily during the summer seasons. Durable, good fabric and color quality and very comfy. Dress and leggings are also very good!Recommend 100%
I send a reclamation about broken leggings and got a quick response. Also my issue was solved quickly. I'm happy with the end result even though the leggings that were broken were out of stock. I got to select a different product to replace the broken ones. 10/10 customer service!
I have shopped at this online store for the first time. They had an offer on jeans that I wanted to try. The offer was 3 for 2. I couldn't register this, and ended up only getting 2 jeans. I wrote a Mail to them and explained the situation. Shortly afterwards I received a very pleasant reply, in which they will send me a pair of jeans, so I can take advantage of their offer. Now it just remains to see that I actually get the extra pair of trousers. But it promises very well, and I was very happy for such good customer service.
Edit: 27th of February 2025 - I still haven’t received my package that was returned to sender so i never received a refund or the leggings back. Don't use this website if you think you might want to return an item. I'm unsure of my size, but thought I would give it a try anyway. The product itself is very nice, so no problem there. But I ended up having to return it. They say they have a simple return policy but they don't. I had to go through a weird list when returning the item, I paid for the return myself, and made sure to send an email with the proof that I have sent it + tracking number. Then goes a couple of weeks and I contact them because I haven't received my refund, they say they haven't gotten the item, I said to them that I can see per the tracking number that the item has arrived and they need to go pick it up. They say they would do so and I would have to wait 4-6 WEEKS for the refund to be processed. Which is unacceptable due to consumer law. I then wait a week or so more, still I hear nothing, and then I go to check that they in fact HAVEN'T PICKED UP my return order!!! So now It's being returned to ME, and I would now have to pay for a return again which would now almost make it as expensive as the leggings. Incredible unproffessional return policies, I have never tried anything like this. I very rarely write reviews because i'm a very large person, but this seems like a total ripoff. The products are good, but please avoid this if you think you might have to return an item.
