I would give negativ stars, i ordered my package 17aug and its 29 okt, and i still dont have what i ordered, i wrote to them, either give me a refund or if they could hurry a bit up so i could get my package, i still haven't heard from them. In my opinion total scam,
Absolutely love the leggings. They fit well and are super soft and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because delivery took so long - 4 weeks!! I was convinced they were coming to the U.K. via horse transport!! Deutsche Post are very very slow.They were worth the wait though and customer service responded to my emails very quickly.
I'm very happy with these jeans! They fit perfectly: size S for 168cm/55kg, and would be long enough even for a taller person. Very soft and stretchy material, but still squatproof and not too tihgt over my menopausal belly - yes I can breath :o)4 real pockets! Please do make also a warmer winter version!
Delivery took really long and nobody answered to questions. Returns are quite impossible (you have 14 days, need to print paper to go with etc). Sizes in tops are strange. It is a shame, I’ve liked some products but now the service is poor. No go.
3 years ago I got one of the best pair of leggings from there so I decided to order again two months ago. I ordered a new pair of leggings and a bikini top and bottom.After four weeks I received leggings that have obviously been worn, the fabric was damaged in a few places. Also I received two exactly the same bikini bottoms instead of one top and one bottom.So I decided to return the order. Even though according to the postal service it has been delivered to its final destination more than 4 weeks ago, the customer service still keeps stating that they haven’t received the return and that they will let me know when they do.I’m afraid what started as a great company with the perfect sportswear has become a scam.
