Review Time
Had kind contact when my return package was lost. After one of the two items I returned was not available in my size I could choose between different ways on how to get the refund. (Money, different item, gift code)I would have liked a personal contact when the second item in the return package that was available in my size (this item) was sent to me. The link to the package tracking in the email did not work, so I felt a little in the dark on the whereabout of that package.
I have been ordering from bara many clothes and always been satisfied. But this time- sherpa jacket is not the quality at all! It looks cheap and feels like its been worn already. I thought about sending it back but i will keep it for housewear. But definitely not worth the price. Its unfortunate really, bara has been my favourite sports clothing brand
Bought reflective winter tights to my girlfriend which unfortunately had some kind of flaw and the reflectivity disappeared in first wash. Talked with customer service by email, and they were very helpful and sent us a replacement pair and paid for the returning postage. My girlfriend loves the Bara tights and they fit so well!
An ‘on the fence’ purchaser. Negative - 1) no email when purchase was made. If I hadn’t paid by Paypal I would have no evidence of any order with the company 2) Took them 2 weeks and me chasing for them then to tell me one of the items now out of stock. Offered me a refund or change of item - which I didn’t want. Then silence……3) Item finally came in stock and was sent, which was the next time of contact, by which time the reason I had ordered them specifically for was past, as I had had to go on holiday without them. 4) Total time from order to delivery from within EU was a month. Way way over their times quoted.Positive -1) Excellent fit and true to size2) Good length for tall ladies - I am 181cm and am happy with length on arms, body and legs3) Material seems good quality, although yet to see how it stands up to regular washing.
I ordered the cargo tights. Material seemed quite cheap, very thin. The length was way off, there was atleast 10cm of extra length on the tights. I returned the package 3 days after receiving it. It has now taken a month, and Bara has no idea where the returned package is. The customer service on my end told me I’m free of any responsibility concerning the package and Bara should nullify the invoice. They still haven’t done so, and I have been postponing the due dare myself, and Klarna has done so too after I contacted them, saying I’ve returned the package and to remove the invoice, which unfortunately they weren’t able to do. I’ve contacted Bara about it after being told so by Posti and Klarna, and it’s still not solved. 0/5, would not buy again, and I sure cannot recommend my friends to buy from them.
