I don’t know why this page has some bad reviews but I’ve been buying since 2023 over 10 purchases all happy with them. I remember I encountered a problem with one of their products but their customer service exceeded my expectations. What I understand is that they are a small business because they had a hard time doing the exchange for me after they sent me the wrong clipper. However, the team was so helpful; they not only returned my product but also sent me the correct one and gave me a discount code to use for my next order. I really appreciate their effort. I highly recommend it.
I ordered the s/c instinc clippers from here. They were £219. For that price I expected them to come perfect. The box came broken, half the clipper grades don't have marking on so hard to see what grade you have. These were minor the biggest inconvenience was the clippers come faulty. They are super loud. I work with people that have the same clippers and they definitely don't sound the same. Iv tried to get a refund or exchange the clippers but they won't do anything
Stay away from this company absolutely they grab your money, they said to me that they have refunded me for the amount I have paid for fast deliveries service but since last two years I have not received my money and they don’t respond me at all.
I've ordered a stylecraft clipper which was £243.99 and it has been delivered but the invoice price was different. Unit price happen to be £34 with the total declared value ( whatever that means ) £73.21. The charger stand is scratched and it has a wrong blade on. It was advertised as the gold titanium blade but it has the black dlc faper blade on. I've emailed right away and after two days and I have called many times and left two voice mails. I have also used the "live chat" and have not got hold a response yet.Terrible service and definitely don't recommend to use them.
