Frustrating return experience.

I accepted a substitute item with the understanding that I could return it if it didn't meet my needs. I reached out to the seller within the designated return period to initiate the return, but unfortunately, they ignored all my emails. There were no instructions provided, no responses, and no resolution to my issue. This is not the standard of professionalism expected from a supplier. As a barber business, we will not be using their services again and cannot endorse them.

Completely unresponsive.

There was zero communication. We requested a return within the allowed time and were completely ignored. What should have been a simple return process turned into silence. Very poor customer service and handling. Would not recommend!

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews from similar individuals. Perhaps it happened to them, but I have had a fantastic experience every time. They are a small business and very friendly. I bought seven clippers, and all of them work great!

Stay away from this supplier.

We used a supplier for some clippers, and the battery failed after five months. When I emailed for warranty help, I was told I was on my own. They claimed their products are already so cheap that they can't afford to assist. I was offered no help in repairing or replacing the item. They have a defensive approach regarding their terms. Just avoid this company altogether.

Warning: potential scams.

I purchased two trimmers from them, both of which had factory defects. They refused to replace or fix them, despite my having bought them only two months ago. A friend who also purchased from them faced the same issue. They seem to sell defective products at low prices and scam customers. I want to warn others to avoid this seller.
