I was assisted by Pamela. She was prompt in responding to me. Even though I was looking to cancel my subscription for now, she was very helpful. She offered me alternatives to canceling. Yet when I expressed my desire to cancel she assisted me without delay. Pamela was kind and courteous. Thank you for your help.
I too have been caught by the scam of them claiming I have completed a monthly subscription. I had been caught by another company by this scam and made sure I did not complete the application with Bare williow.
I saw that 99.90 dollars had been taken from my account and am trying to recover this amount
While I had to work very hard to cancel my subscription, because of Rose’s (Williams) courteous and professional persistence to keep me as a customer it was as good as this experience can be. She gave me plausible options and did her job very well!
This is a fraudulent Chinese company that signs you up for a subscription without your permission and won't cancel when you try to cancel. They just keep slow rolling you until the next subscription date so they can charge your card again. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from charging.
Avoid this company, it's a scam! They will automatically enroll you in a monthly subscription without your consent. I still haven't received my first order from December 22nd, and today they charged me again! If anyone has managed to unsubscribe successfully, please share how. Caution is advised.
If I could give this a zero star rating, I absolutely would. My elderly mother ordered a single tube of cream, and they unexpectedly enrolled her in an auto-ship subscription. This feels like a scam, and canceling the subscription has proven to be nearly impossible. I've sent numerous messages and emails, yet there has been no response. I strongly advise against trusting this service.

This company is dishonest. I placed an order and received it, but a month later, my bank account was charged again. When I contacted them, I was told I signed up for a subscription, which I did not. Why would I subscribe to something without knowing it works? This feels like theft. Their advertising is misleading, and the product didn’t work after two weeks. The order took way too long to arrive. I cannot recommend this product or company.
